Estimator / Project Manager

Office

The Estimator Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all phases of a project, from initial scope and estimating through completion.

  • This position includes gathering and organizing detailed project information, leading handoff meetings, managing budgets, and ensuring accurate cost tracking. The role involves coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, negotiating contracts, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and proactively engaging with clients to ensure satisfaction. Consistent communication with field teams and clear reporting on financial performance and project status are essential to ensuring overall project success.

Equipment Operator

Jobsite

The Equipment Operator role involves the safe and efficient operation of heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, backhoes, and similar machinery.

  • This position requires a thorough understanding of job site safety practices and the ability to work collaboratively with crew members to complete tasks accurately and on schedule. Union membership is a requirement, with individuals either already affiliated or expected to take the necessary steps to join.

Laborer

Jobsite

The Laborer is responsible for performing physical labor on projects involving watermain, storm sewer, and sanitary systems.

  • Duties include assisting with site cleanup, transporting materials, and maintaining equipment—often under the supervision of foremen or skilled tradespeople. Experience with underground utility work, pipe laying, and basic heavy equipment operation is preferred.


Pipe Layer

The Pipelayer position involves assisting with the installation of underground utilities for Municipal and Commercial projects.

  • Responsibilities include operating hand and power tools, preparing and cleaning job sites, digging trenches, setting braces to support excavations, and removing debris and waste materials. This role plays a key part in ensuring safe and efficient site preparation and installation. Union membership is required, with individuals either currently affiliated or expected to take the necessary steps to join.


Foreman

The Foreman is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily activities on construction sites, ensuring that work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications.

  • This role involves supervising crews, managing work schedules, and ensuring that materials, equipment, and resources are available when needed. The Foreman plays a key leadership role in maintaining high standards of quality and safety while facilitating clear communication between project managers, crew members, and subcontractors. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are essential.


Mechanic
